revamped my critique at 12:45am this morning by changing one of my articles
worked till half past four and smsed my ma to come in in the morning

that photo up there was from the 12th of july before eugene enlisted
this was enroute to food republik atop wisma before/after i watched
goblet of fire with nat for the uptheenth time. i have such a good memory!
oh and this was eugene with his mushroom hair, kinda miss it hope it
grows mushroomy & he doesn't cut it if not he is going to freeze his head off
in beijing .. which is currently snowing, OHBOY snowball fight with loon

there are times when i get tired of all the cliches that warp our minds into thinking
that imperfect things can become perfect. truth is, things cannot become perfect
we may perceive perfection and wholeness, but these ideals simply..do not exist.
the only perfect thing out there is GOD & all his loveliness, but we .. are not perfect
we SHOULD strive towards perfection, but we WILL fall and we CANNOT be perfect all the time.

if we claim perfection, we remove the need for God in our lives.
its like what feli always tells me 'i decrease so God can increase'
when we stop aiming and striving for unrealistic perfection, God
can manifest in much greater ways. beyond our limited inexperienced minds.

friends serve their purpose in validating you in telling you

month ago, laggax i has it but its ok.

today was the last official day of school and i just renewed season
it was quite a silly decision but at least i don't have to bother about
being pekcek when i park for the exams. Also, there's AIS this Saturday
Mart are over, one is playing poker and just commented that 'this guy is a monkey'
and the other is slumped in a corner talking on the phone.
I on the other hand just ate a maple cookie and am brimming with life
koga just presented me a very very lovely POME will sing it when i have time.

anyway here's a brief history of our friendship.
as in COLLGY, it all started with chelsea and me
and jason loon because he was exceedingly gossipy
and kept bugging chelsea for .. well things of the past.

so there's the 3 of us..though this was j2
as chelps is donning eugene ong's jacket
(talk about sweet everyday he'll bring 2 jackets, one for chelps one for him)
but yes essentially it was just the three of us
didn't really like loon because he was a boy
but he got cuter and cuter as the days went by..

then loon roped in the three kokstergepper boys!
cos he needed company and because alvin was in his pw group
disliked small eugene intensely because his face always chaobin
and every morning drink tau huay never get scolded.
kevin long was .. ok la very nice used to be quite plump
alvin yong introduced himself as 'hi i am alvin & I CAN FLY'
that's the way RI makes them.

then we became friends by going to RI to fight with small RI boys for their lunch
also when we went to play badminton and loon wasn't in this picture cos he had to

10 lessons for $65 only (that's supa cheap last time we went for ballroom @ $120)
beginner classes are weekday nights at 7:15 daily and intermediate at 8:15
you need to go for your first class by January and you have to stick with the
day you pick from the start. Lois & Margaret are going for the intermediate
I'm going for the beginners with Big Eugene.

over Laksa bubble tea and a tray full of bread from Provence, ah what bliss.
Angels' (ex) house is being drilled into so its kinda noisy till 7 everyday
she'll be home soon! today as i was driving home in the downpour
I was just think of how comfortable I am with Nat, Angel & Hui
event though we often don't see each other for months at end.
Guess there's a bond that ties you together when you dream of growing old &
living together in a castle with a jelly-filled moat boarder & a MacDonalds in your basement.
Also, the general progression from diapers, milkbottles (which lasted really long in my case)
pets textbooks .. infinity & beyond! (I still remember watchin Monsters Inc. for Nat's birthday)

I still have 9 pages worth of factual fabrication to churn out, but its not a mean feat.
My ma has been off for the past two days so i've been talking alot to her and she agreed
with me on the fact that work expands according to the amount of time left to complete it.
(which is what our USS prof, told us when he was talking about marking our response papers HA)
It has been a lovely week with surprises, shocks and stopbelli jams.

there is hopelessness, despair, desperation, brokenness as well as darkness all around us
the world as we know is already fallen, and eventhough we are in the world, but not part of it.
we sometimes fall too. but that does not mean that we get used to being second rate
that also does not imply that we resign ourselves to these really horrible things.

good morning, strange how we can all be so self-centered isn't' it?
how the whole world revolves around us how people are supposed
to accommodate and to placate us especially when we're leaking
sodium chloride and have no appetite to do anything.

thing is, we can sit down on our soft tissue-strewn beds
mope around all day for as long as we like pointing fingers
at the many varied events that has led to the .. zenith of our problems.
but that achieves nothing.

we kick and flare up at those who are around us
its like peter who struck out in anger when the roman soldiers
came with judas to arrest Jesus, we don't know what we're doing
but we just do enough to bring people down, we don't mean to injure
but then again .. we don't mean anything.

haha, was playing dota with big eugen & allen
nick wanted to use my mac so i'm finishing up
the an open psd image, its been 5 minutes?
and nick has already gotten a monster kill.
after the 7th kill .. eugene asked 'are you gerry'

wonder when he'll realise.

good-o-morning! i have yellow submarine stuck in my head..
(after typing that i shut down chyrstalballerina went to school
got caught in a jam because a van right turned on red picked bala
and went late for class .. spent 1.5 hours deliberating about really
commonsensical things & went for CKT & delta.)

but i'm home now! everytime the exams draw near i pick up and re-read harry potter
i really really love harry potter, and mugglenet has been around for 10 years!
10 years ago i was .. 10 (don't think i read harry potter yet but still!)
